This unique cleanser is suds free. No harsh detergents, no sulphates here. We have instead used licorice root as our natural organic surfactant that gently cleanses the skin without stripping or stressing our skin to an uncomfortable over stretched feeling, resulting in skin irritation and oil breakouts.     As someone who is new to skincare, I didn't want to jump straight into chemical based cleansers. This one is very gentle but also left my face feeling so clean. Will definitely incorporate more of the maple line into my skincare routine.
